Voting Question: anyone been on tiger airways with australia? good or bad experiences?

hey i'm booking a flight to melbourne from adelaide and was thinking about going with tiger airways but i've heard some really bad reviews on them. i was wondering if anyone could give me some personal experiences. a lot of the reviews are about customer service, which i don't care about, since it's like a 45minute flight and i'm saving a couple hundred dollars. but what about the plane being on schedule? i'm not fussed if it's an hour or something but i've seen people that say they had to wait 17 hours or something. if i get on tiger airways i'll be getting the last flight of the day, i heard if there's not enough people on the flight they'll cancel it so would they if there's not enough people on the plane? i also heard they won't allow people on the plane if they're even a minute late, which i don't have to worry about since i'm always early but what if there's a long line?? which is something i also heard about, if the line is long, and you're not on by the time scheduled they'll cut you off. is this true? if anyone can help me thank you....
